Earagail Arts Festival is a bilingual (Irish and English language), multidisciplinary summer festival which takes place each July throughout County Donegal along the Wild Atlantic Way on the north-west coast of Ireland.
From the 7th – 29th July 2018 this iconic festival will be on the road from West to North Donegal, with a host of new productions from award-winning local and international artists.
Earagail Arts Festival brings inspiring performers to this captivating European frontier, showcases artists native to the area and provides opportunities for cultural exchange, in venues from purpose built theatres and galleries, to village halls, forests and beaches, creating a unique cultural experience in the most unlikely of magical places.
Our diverse programme reaches out across the county, from Arranmore Island, Letterkenny to Malin, so wherever you are staying you will be able to enjoy a feast of entertainment located in the heart of one of Ireland’s most outstanding areas of natural beauty, the hidden gem in the Irish crown.
Celebrating our 30th anniversary in 2018, Earagail Arts Festival has a fantastic line-up in store from the return of The California Feetwarmers as artists-in-residence, American guitar licks mixed with Malian groove by Songhoy Blues to the specially commissioned outdoor theatre piece Foyle Punt, with music by Little John Nee.
