We HIGHLY recommend booking your tickets in advance; we cannot guarantee last minute tickets will be available at the venue. If our box office facility has closed please check with venue if tickets are available before travelling. You can also sign up to our mailing list and / or text service to receive important updates by emailing your details to email@example.com.
Booking online via www.eaf.ie is the most immediate way to secure your tickets. All major credit cards accepted. €1 per ticket booking fee applies. Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit.
The festival box office is located at An Grianán Theatre, Port Road, Letterkenny, opening hours for telephone and walk in bookings are Monday – Friday, 10am to 5pm, and also on the days when An Grianan Theatre have a show it will be open from 6pm to 8.30pm, this includes Saturdays and Sundays. €1 per ticket booking fee applies.

Online and telephone bookings can be collected at the event venue from 30 minutes before the performance. Alternatively, you can pick them up in person from the Festival Box Office, located in An Grianan Theatre, up to 24hrs of the day before the performance. If you would prefer to have your tickets posted out to you please make this clear at the start of the booking, there is a €2 fee to cover postage and handling.
Tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets may be exchanged for a credit voucher (minus the cost of any booking fees). Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours prior to the performance. If you have already collected your tickets you MUST return the tickets to us before you can exchange them. Credit vouchers remain valid for one year from date of issue.
