LUXE and Earagail Arts Festival are offering a creative development opportunity.

Up to three emerging artists will get to work directly with lead artists Mark Hill and Mandy Blinco and others in their workshops in Donegal this summer.

Alongside LUXE, you will be working sculpturally with steel, willow, fabric, costuming, lanterns, light, fire and more. LUXE will provide food, materials, space and tools for making work as well as professional payment for working on show days.

Successful applicants will receive a small bursary towards the cost of travel and accommodation in Donegal. Application is open to residents of ROI and NI and applicants should be 18 years of as of 1st July 2019.

Eclipse- Citadels of the Sun Pt 2

For the second instalment of Citadels of The Sun, this year’s collaborative commission, landscape theatre company LUXE celebrate connecting Donegal and Rajasthan – a world apart, yet bound by symbolic significance – with an illuminated musical adventure on Letterkenny’s Port Road and Main Street. The project is a new creative collaboration between Earagail Arts Festival and Jodhpur Rajasthan International Folk Festival sharing common themes and stories that unite Irish and Indian culture through music, dance and spectacle.
