To book online or for further information on all events visit www.eaf.ie. Visa, Mastercard and Laser accepted – booking fees of €3 per transaction apply. Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit.

In Person
The festival box office is located at An Grianán Theatre, Port Road, Letterkenny, opening hours are Monday – Friday, 9.30am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm.

Ticket Collection
Postal, internet and phone bookings can be collected at the Box Office at An Grianán Theatre up to 5pm the day before the performance day, or at the individual box office facilities at each venue 15 minutes in advance of the performance. If you would prefer to have your tickets posted out please tell us at the start of your booking. There is a €1.50 fee for this service.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets may be exchanged for a credit voucher subject to a €1 administration charge per ticket (and in the case of internet bookings minus the cost of any booking fees). Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours prior to the performance. If you have already collected your tickets you MUST return the tickets to us before you can exchange them.
